Special Rewards

For new members, There will be a ranking will be conducted based on contributions from Sep. 1 to Sep. 30. The top three contributors will receive a $50 voucher each, with the ranking determined by the Facebook group administrators.

*NOTE:

We will select one customer to receive the 1st Prize, two customers to receive the 2nd Prize, three customers to receive the 3rd Prize, and the three new customers joining after 19 August who contribute the most between 1 September and 30 September will receive special prizes.

Please be aware that the selection of the 2nd prize winners will be influenced by the winner's eBike model. Batteries that are no longer available will not be given as a gift, but will be replaced with an accessory of the same price or a coupon.

For the 3rd prize winner, if they already have a Rear rack kit or if the model does not fit, they will be awarded the equivalent in an accessory or a voucher.

4. Any user who obtains the Eahora E-bike through any legitimate means is eligible to participate in this activity.

Eligibility:

The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Eahora, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules:

By participating, you ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Eahora as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion.

Prizes:

The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Eahora. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Eahora’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Eahora to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You:

By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that Eahora, anyone acting on behalf of Eahora, and Eahora’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Eahora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Eahora’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, Eahora may select the winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Eahora, if appropriate.
