Initial frustration turned into joy

I purchased this bike specifically for my work commute with a very big hill in mind. Initially I was frustrated because it didn't seem to possess the power I wanted. After more inspection I realized the front motor wasn't engaging. I contacted customer service and their quick recommendation worked. With the front motor engaged now I have the power I wanted. I was struck by a car on my last ebike and the weight and tire size on this bike make me feel safe and secure.

My only 2 dislikes about this bike would be, 1. There is no anti lock or key so unattended without a lock its at risk, and 2. There is no owners manuel on how to operate computer some of us have no idea what mag. speed or boost percentages...etc.

Fantastic ebike!

I absolutely love this bike! I had to sell my dual sports (motorcycles) because I had too many accidents with them, and so I switched to this bike instead. It is surprisingly way more fun because of it's maneuverability and lightness compared to my dual sports. The ebike climbs hills so well due to its 52V dual motors that I actually never pedal this bike! I love that the throttle is full-grip like a motorcycle rather than half-grip throttle like other bikes have. It's torquey and very fast and I couldn't be happier. The range is absolutely amazing, and I'm able to explore all around my surrounding mountains on gravel mountain roads and it's awesome! The other reason this bike beats dual sports is that I'm able to ride it in places where I can't ride motorcycles like gated roads and hiking trails deep in the forest. I recommend selecting the 20" wheels if you plan to go off road because it will have better torque over the 26" and will also have more rear suspension clearance. I have a 26" ebike with a 750 watt rear motor and it can struggle and overheat with hills. The dual motor makes all the difference.

Also to note, the bike arrived with the left brake reservoir broken during transit. I contacted Eahora immediately and they responded right away by mailing me another brake system free of charge, which I installed easily. The customer service has been top notch and very helpful.
