My dearest Juliet
I am new to the ebike world and decided on a Juliet because my neighbor has had one for several years with no problems, the price was right. Sadly my bike was dead on arrival and we all know it happens just don't want it to us. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT (GENEVIE) while in China, was more than professional and responsive working closely with China's technical department. The problem was resolved and corrected at no cost to me, today is my first test drive and my Juliet flies, hitting 33mph. i look forward to using it for commuting and off road adventures (upgraded tires). Thank to all who assisted me in China, even with the tarriff wars all was good and my personal thanks to Genevie
