Eahora replaces part under warranty!
I own an Eahora P5 and had an issue with the display not working properly. After contacting Eahora and sending in pictures of the problem. They contacted me back and had me video some tests, which they sent to their technical staff. They determined the issue and sent out a replacement part which I installed. The new part, and the bike are again working perfectly. I appreciated Eahora's quick response and action to get me the new part I needed and received the part quickly and support videos on how to install the part correctly. My experience so far with Eahora customer support has been positive, and they have been responsible, taking care of any and all problems in a timely manner. Thank you Eahora!!!!
