Give and take
The Eahora FT-02. Ordered April 14th received it the 19th. I think overall its a good make. The style alone is was caught my attention. Its unique as far as bicycles go but it gives that motorcycle feel for those who enjoy that kind of thing. A few things i would add, subtract or adjust are pretty basic.
- Instruction manual along with your basic manual (No how to instructions had to put together by intuition. Not hard but not everyone's that smart)
-Rear fender sits to low, fenders are almost pointless period
-Cruise control would be cool
-Packaging could be better (Parts and pieces bent upon arrival)
-Side mirrors would be nice since it goes so fast. Kind of hard to turn around and see.
-Turn signals also would be cool on the back
-Says 5 speeds only goes up to 3 on the odometer (Pedal assist kicks on as soon as you start which is great, or you can hit the brakes and go full electric easily)
-Front brake is touchy. Have to tighten just right or front tire wont spin and for safe measure make sure it doesnt come loose. Got it to where it doesnt effect riding to much. (Could offer replacements or proper instructions)
-Tire walls are garbage. Probably the only thing I'm mad about. A simple thorn from a bush pierced the side the very next day on a freak accident. Thankfully i was able to apply a temporary patch myself but others may not. Replacement tires and/or tire patches and possible instructions for such a thing might be helpful.
Overall its a cool bike and its fun to ride…
