We’re kicking off the New Year with an exciting giveaway event! From January 1st to January 20th, you’ll have the chance to score amazing prizes, discounts, and exclusive rewards. Check out the event details below and join the fun!

Activity Form:

1. Discount on All E-bikes

Enjoy a $400 coupon on all E-BIKES from January 1st to January 20th. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.

*Note: Only valid from 00:00 on January 1 to 23:59 on January 20.

2. Be the Luck of the Draw

Each day during the New Year event, from January 1st to January 20th, we will select one customer who places an order for an e-bike to receive an accessory package worth $200. Winners will be notified via email within 1-2 business days, so please keep an eye on your inbox. The list of winners will be announced weekly, and customers who have already won will not be eligible to win again.

*Note: Starting January 1st, one lucky customer who orders a bike each day during the event will win a $200 accessory package. This promotion runs until January 20th, with a total of 20 winners. The prize can be combined with other event coupons, and all combinations and usage are valid until January 30th 23:59.

3. Follow to Enter the Game

Customers are invited to follow our official accounts on Instagram (@eahora_ebikes), Facebook (Eahora), YouTube (Eahora Ebike), and Pinterest (Eahora Ebike). Send us a screenshot of your follow via direct message along with your personal email address. Each valid screenshot will receive a code, and we will draw one winner daily to receive a $50 discount coupon. The more platforms you follow, the higher your chances of winning. Duplicate follows will be considered invalid. Winners will be announced weekly, and those who have already won will not be eligible to win again.

*Note: Starting January 1st, we’ll select one lucky follower each day to win $50, continuing until January 20th, for a total of 20 winners. The prize can be combined with other event offers, and all combinations and usage are valid until January 30th 23:59.

4. Photo Contest

Capture at least three photos of Eahora e-bikes and post them on Facebook or Instagram, tagging our official Instagram (@eahora_ebikes) or Facebook (Eahora) with the event hashtag. We will evaluate entries based on creativity and engagement (likes, shares, and comments) to select the top six entries over 20 days (three from Instagram and three from Facebook). Winners will be announced 1-2 business days after the event concludes, and each will receive a $100 discount coupon, valid for 20 days. Previous winners will not be eligible to win again.

*Note: After January 20th, six winners will be announced, each receiving a $100 no-minimum-spend coupon. This coupon can be combined with regular discounts and is valid until January 30th 23:59.

Eligibility: The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Eahora, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), as well as the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household as Employees, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you ("You") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Eahora as final and binding as it relates to the content of this promotion.

Prizes: The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Eahora. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Eahora’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Eahora to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), you understand and agree that Eahora, anyone acting on behalf of Eahora, and Eahora’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the promotion, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Terms & Conditions: Eahora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Eahora’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such cases, Eahora may select the winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by Eahora, if appropriate. Eahora reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Eahora has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the promotion, to void votes for any reason.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Eahora and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) your participation in the promotion and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries.
