I accidently broke the end off a brake leaver , I was so upset but when I contacted customer service they assured me no problem. They gave me great service and the replacement was ordered right away . I had a set of new brakes at a very reasonable price. And was riding again within a few days.

"Perfect" The new tire showed up and I immediately installed the tire and went riding my new Juliet. What a tough bike she is. I have used it every day since my new tire showed up. I will be on this bike all fall and winter and into spring. I try not to purchase any gasoline as it is not worth the price. Instead, I Buy winter clothing and ride your economical e-bike, and pull a trailer for your groceries. Eahora builds strong and high-performance e-bikes. I ride the Juliet because of the comfort and range and she is loaded with Power too!
